arghh... totally pissed. got two days of 8am classes. i guess next year im goin to drop my work load. no more tuitions and cristofori. weighing out the cost and returns, the returns seem to be lesser than the cost that i sacrificed.
look at this way: cost that i sacrifice is the time that i use to study. the opportunity cost of gettin good grades. i enjoy returns in the short run, having a better off life now, being able to spend more with more income.
however on the other hand looking at the long run, the cost will results in lesser time for studies which may meant grades that are unable to get me an honours. Which will in turn not get me a higher pay in the long run, which is much more than what im earnin now.
Hence weighin out the cost and benefits, it may be a wise choice to drop some work and spend more time on rest and leisure. though it will decrease the supply of labour and increase the demand of good teachers like me. in some way im creatin more jobs, as supply of good teachers like me is pretty elastic. wahaha.
see, one super good teacher down. the no of teachers to replace such a talented teacher may be 3, aint i increasing the demand of labour? which will create more job openings which will in turn contribute to the economy, and thus raising the national income of Singapore.
