- PIANOS -Finally, gettin a new piano soon. Woohoo. here are some pianos that caught my eyes today. Mainly German pianos.
WILH. STEINBERG IQ 28
$19 500.00

when i touched the Keys, man... the sound and touch is jus so right. what can i say, GERMAN PIANOS. The black polished one is much nicer, not gettin the mohagany one if im gettin this.
SCHIMMEL 130
$24 500.00

This one tone wise good, nonetheless i still prefer the touch of Wilh Steinberg's.
SEILER 132 KONZERT
$34 650

Caught this piano at Cristofori, Bishan. Cristofori has finally made a wise decision in franchising this piano, SEILER. Don't understand whatever shit they are selling such as RONISCH. sigh... anyways peeps, if u are buying pianos NEVER NEVER try Cristofori.
Then, come the Japanese pianos. As usual YAMAHAs piano. My mom quite in favour of the Japanese piano. Cheaper than that of the Germans of course. For me having played german piano for so long... well... Japanese pianos seem a little inferior in tone quality :p
U5 (fully emsembled in Japan)
$13 550

The piano definitely looks nice, but still u can feel the difference in tone to that of a German. BUT STILL its MUCH MUCH MUCH better than that of what Cristofori is selling JC U5, which they claimed to be as good as Yamaha's. *wahahah*
C1 (Fully emsembled in Japan)
$24 250

May also be gettin a grand, but i feel that it's jus a waste of space, moreover if Mom would like to get a grand i rather she gets Wilh Steinberg or better Seiler.

Hmm, well as i was sayin Mom preferred the U5 somemore, psychoing me to give up on German pianos. sigh... man. How can anything be compared to that of a German piano?! Well, but still she has the last say, cause she's the one PAYING. BUT STILL, if after my piano teacher's inspection, and chose something NOT U5, well too bad mommy! wahaha *crossing fingers hard*
